Wrap the Xtra Tonic Bandage around the affected areas (e.g. legs, breasts, arms), starting from the ankle or foot and working your way up to the waist. Overlap the bandage slightly in the middle for even coverage. For optimal treatment, you can cover the bandage with a sheet of cartene or cling film (without using heat). Leave on for about 30 minutes. Then remove the bandage and apply a specific body cream, such as Ethicalbio’s Firming Serum, to enhance the toning action.
